Therapy for women navigating life, relationships, and the in-between.
For the woman who’s been holding everything together or far too long.

Therapy should feel like a return to yourself—not a performance or a checklist. At SAGE, healing is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and trust. You set the pace while we explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what you truly need—no masks, no pressure, just space to be real.
We offer individual online therapy for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, low self-worth, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative and client-led, with room for spiritual or intuitive tools—like tarot or astrology—if that resonates with you. The goal: clarity, self-trust, and a little more ease in your nervous system.

Therapy here is tailored, trauma-informed, and grounded in real life—not a one-size-fits-all approach. We blend evidence-based practices with space for intuition and reflection. The focus isn’t on “fixing” you, but on making sense of your experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and creating a life that feels more aligned.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | Reiki Practitioner | CYT-200
Hi, I’m Jaclyn (she/her)—but a lot of people call me Jax, so feel free to go with whichever.
I’m a therapist and the founder of SAGE Psychotherapy & Wellness—a space for millennial women who are tired of trying to fix themselves through Instagram quotes, mental gymnastics, or being “the strong one” all the time.
As a qualified psychotherapist, I work with folks who are anxious, burnt out, over-functioning, and completely done pretending they’re fine.
My style is grounded, collaborative, and very human. I incorporate clinical tools (like attachment-based work, IFS, CBT, DBT, etc.) and mix them with honesty, curiosity, and the occasional “okay… but what if your inner child is just pissed?”
Outside of therapy, I’m also a Mom of two, a trained yoga instructor, and a reiki practitioner. I’ve spent years exploring astrology, tarot, and other intuitive frameworks, as the mind, body, and spirit connection is something I hold close to my heart. While it’s not traditional treatment, these tools can be used for reflection, metaphor, and meaning-making in the psychotherapy process. If you’re into that stuff, we can bring it in. If you’re not, that’s totally fine too. The work is always tailored to you.
I call what I do Swearapy—because sometimes healing includes breathing exercises, meditation, and emotional breakthroughs, and sometimes it includes telling the truth, using the f-word, and laughing at your own brain.
Also, my chihuahua Luna is usually here. She’s very small, very quiet, and definitely thinks she runs the business.
This is a virtual space where you get to be real. Messy. Reflective. Raw. Where you can reconnect to your voice, your needs, and your nervous system—without having to smile through it.
Sound like your vibe? Let’s talk.
