We believe therapy should feel like a safe return to yourself—not a performance or a checklist.
At SAGE, healing is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and trust. You set the pace, and together we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you actually need—no masks, no pressure, just space to be real.
We offer individual online therapy for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, low self-worth, and life transitions.
Sessions are collaborative and client-led, with space to integrate spirituality or intuitive tools—like tarot or astrology—if that speaks to you.
The goal: clarity, self-trust, and a little more ease in your nervous system.

Therapy here is tailored, trauma-informed, and rooted in real life—not one-size-fits-all.
We blend evidence-based modalities with space for intuition and self-reflection. The focus isn’t on “fixing” you—it’s about making sense of things, reconnecting with yourself, and building a life that feels more aligned.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) | Reiki Practitioner | CYT-200
Hi, I’m Jaclyn (she/her)—but a lot of people call me Jax, so feel free to go with whichever.
I’m a therapist and the founder of SAGE Psychotherapy & Wellness—a space for millennial women who are tired of trying to fix themselves through Instagram quotes, mental gymnastics, or being “the strong one” all the time.
I work with folks who are anxious, burnt out, over-functioning, and completely done pretending they’re fine.
My style is grounded, collaborative, and very human. I bring in clinical tools (like attachment-based work, IFS, and somatic approaches) and mix them with honesty, curiosity, and the occasional “okay… but what if your inner child is just pissed?”
Outside of therapy, I’m also a trained yoga instructor and reiki practitioner, and I’ve spent years working with things like astrology, tarot, and other intuitive frameworks as the mind, body and spirit connection is something I hold close to my heart —It's not“treatment,” but can be used as tools for reflection, metaphor, and meaning-making in the therapeutic process. If you’re into that stuff, we can bring it in. If you’re not, that’s totally fine too. The work is always tailored to you.
I call what I do Swearapy—because sometimes healing includes breathing exercises, meditation and emotional breakthroughs, and sometimes it includes telling the truth, using the f-word, and laughing at your own brain.
Also, my chihuahua Luna is usually here. She’s very small, very quiet, and definitely thinks she runs the business.
This is a space where you get to be real. Messy. Reflective. Raw. Where you can reconnect to your voice, your needs, and your nervous system—without having to smile through it.
Sound like your vibe? Let’s talk.
